We are committed to making a difference right here in Waterford and in the surrounding community, and we would love to have you join us in our efforts. We partner with local ministries and community organizations with the purpose of sharing the love of Jesus. With each of these partnerships there are ways that you can personally engage, get your "feet on the ground," and make a difference in people's lives.
In support of New Springfield Missionary Baptist Church we serve in a monthly food distribution ministry. A team of WCCers packs boxes of food one evening each month, while a second team helps distribute that food to needy people in the community every third Saturday morning.
On a quarterly basis we host activities for international students and workers in our community in conjunction with Connect the Nations. In the past we have done lake parties, a baking night, and also a game night.
Our goal is to build relationships with these friends with the hope of being able to share the love of Christ and the message of the gospel.
Grace Centers of Hope is a non-profit, Christian organization committed to positively changing the lives of the unwanted, addicted, and homeless through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, personal accountability, life skills education, and work-related programs.
Grayson is one of our local elementary schools, and we have forged a partnership between us. We often sponsor school events (like Treat Street), provide encouragement for teachers (bagels are a favorite), offer support services (like tutoring), and help out in every way that we can (like coaching basketball). We're proud to be on the Gator team!
Serving women for more than 30 years, Next Step Pregnancy Center compassionately supports and equips any woman experiencing an unintended pregnancy decision.
Now, Next Step Pregnancy Center offers limited medical services in addition to support and care for women of all ages in Pontiac, Michigan and the surrounding area.

Oakland Hope was started as a joint venture among several Waterford churches to help care for the under-resourced in our community. Its primary outreach arms are a thrift store and a client-choice food pantry. Numerous volunteer opportunities are always available.
Intervaristy has a great outreach to students at OU. We support their efforts financially, but we also provide ministry support through efforts like providing care packages during finals week.
