1.  Way to go, church!  Sunday morning was a great cross-cultural experience for all of us at New Springfield as we were introduced to how the black church worships - and got to be a part!  It was a great morning, and I wanted to commend all of you who joined in the celebration, whether in person or online.  Your presence and participation were greatly appreciated.

2.  This Sunday we will be back at WCC as Pastor Mark leads us up the path to Mt. Hermon, our next destination in our Summit series.  He'll be talking about the transfiguration and what it means for us today!

3.  Don't forget some of other great things we have planned for this summer.

July 17 - Ice Cream on the Lawn

July 23  - Community picnic with New Springfield

August 13 - WCC kids' lemonade stands

August 21 - Farmers' Market Sunday

4.  Build the House is a week from Saturday (July 9), and we'll be doing something a little bit different this month starting with our meeting place.  Join us at Baycourt Park at 8:00 a.m.  Pastor Mark will share more on Sunday
